Kokiosk operates as a departmental store, offering both digital products and physical products (where applicable). Our refund policy depends on the type of product purchased.

🔹 Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)

• All digital products sold on Kokiosk are non-refundable.
  
  

• Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, the sale is final.
  
  

• ❌ No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided for digital products under any circumstances.
  
  

🔹 Physical Products (Departmental Store Items)

• Refunds or replacements for physical products may be considered only if:
  
  

  • The product is damaged during delivery, or
    
    

  • The wrong product is delivered
    
    

• Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
  
  

• Approval of refunds or replacements is subject to verification.

• एक बार डिजिटल उत्पाद खरीदने और डिलीवर होने के बाद, वह बिक्री अंतिम मानी जाएगी।

• ❌ किसी भी परिस्थिति में डिजिटल उत्पादों के लिए कोई रिफंड, रिटर्न या एक्सचेंज प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा।
  
  

🔹 फिजिकल उत्पाद (डिपार्टमेंटल स्टोर का सामान) फिजिकल उत्पादों के लिए रिफंड या रिप्लेसमेंट पर केवल तभी विचार किया जा सकता है यदि:

• डिलीवरी के दौरान उत्पाद क्षतिग्रस्त (Damaged) हो गया हो, या

• गलत उत्पाद डिलीवर किया गया हो।

ऐसी किसी भी समस्या की रिपोर्ट डिलीवरी के 48 घंटों के भीतर उचित प्रमाण (फोटो/वीडियो) के साथ दी जानी चाहिए। रिफंड या रिप्लेसमेंट की मंजूरी वेरिफिकेशन (जांच) के अधीन है।
