2️⃣ Digital Product Policy (No Refund)

All digital product sales are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.

3️⃣ Physical Product Policy (If Applicable)

For any physical products sold in the future, return or replacement policies (if applicable) will be mentioned clearly on the specific product page.

4️⃣ Personal Use & License

Digital products are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, share, or distribute files without proper license rights.

6️⃣ Product Delivery

• Digital products are delivered via download or email

Kokiosk is not liable for any loss, damages, or business outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of any product sold.

8️⃣ Changes to Terms

Kokiosk reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• डिजिटल उत्पाद इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रूप से डिलीवर किए जाते हैं।

• फिजिकल उत्पाद (यदि लिस्टेड हों) ग्राहक द्वारा दिए गए पते पर भेजे जाएंगे।
  
  

2️⃣ डिजिटल उत्पाद पॉलिसी (कोई रिफंड नहीं) डिजिटल उत्पादों की सभी बिक्री अंतिम है।

• एक बार डिजिटल उत्पाद डिलीवर होने या एक्सेस मिलने के बाद, कोई रिफंड, रिटर्न या एक्सचेंज प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा।
  
  

3️⃣ फिजिकल उत्पाद पॉलिसी (यदि लागू हो) भविष्य में बेचे जाने वाले किसी भी फिजिकल उत्पाद के लिए, रिटर्न या रिप्लेसमेंट पॉलिसी (यदि लागू हो) स्पष्ट रूप से संबंधित उत्पाद पेज पर दी जाएगी।

4️⃣ व्यक्तिगत उपयोग और लाइसेंस डिजिटल उत्पाद केवल व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए हैं, जब तक कि अन्यथा न कहा गया हो। आप उचित लाइसेंस अधिकारों के बिना फाइलों को दोबारा बेच, शेयर या वितरित (distribute) नहीं कर सकते।

5️⃣ बौद्धिक संपदा (Intellectual Property) सभी कंटेंट संबंधित रचनाकारों या लाइसेंस धारकों की बौद्धिक संपदा बनी रहती है। कोकियोस्क अनुमति मिलने पर लाइसेंस प्राप्त वितरण प्रदान करता है।

6️⃣ उत्पाद की डिलीवरी

• डिजिटल उत्पाद डाउनलोड या ईमेल के माध्यम से डिलीवर किए जाते हैं।

• फिजिकल उत्पाद (यदि लागू हो) ग्राहक द्वारा दी गई डिलीवरी डिटेल्स के आधार पर शिप किए जाएंगे।
  
  

7️⃣ जिम्मेदारी की सीमा (Limitation of Liability) बेचे गए किसी भी उत्पाद के उपयोग या दुरुपयोग से होने वाले किसी भी नुकसान, क्षति या व्यावसायिक परिणामों के लिए कोकियोस्क उत्तरदायी नहीं है।

8️⃣ शर्तों में बदलाव कोकियोस्क के पास बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी समय इन नियमों और शर्तों को अपडेट करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
